Die Spitzentechnologie der ESI-Sensortechnologien ist Silizium-auf-Saphir (SoS), welche das Leistungsvermögen von Drucküberwachungselementen neu definiert hat.

Dank piezoelektrischer und piezoresistiver Drucksensoren können Messbereiche von Unterdruck bis Hochdruck (100 mbar - 5000 bar) realisiert werden.
